I need to start by saying, I cannot comment on the food at Momo - although it looks very good and I would not say no to being wined and dined here! I can however say that I like the bar. Its not somewhere I would go for a drink on a nice summer evening, but it is ideal for a dark winter night when you want to escape from the cold.
Typical North African themed bar, not as tacky as some, but with all the usual nooks and crannies. I llike the dark intimate feel, the pumping music (loud but not too loud to have a conversation) and the drinks were not at all bad. Extensive cocktail menu, I facied the Vanilla and Raspberry Bellini, as the combination of Vanilla vodka and champagne is killer, however I was off the booze on my latest visit so had to make do with an alcohol free fruit number. Well worth a visit for escaping from a cold Regent Street into a little bit of Morrocco!

Momo for drinks, spot on. The staff are lovely and very attentive and attractive. The crowd is older with an international smattering of uber girls. Drinks are expensive and the dance floor is very small. The music here is second to none, bloody good electro, none of that R'n'B bollocks.
The place is fantastic, a London clubbing legend.
This is one of my favourite restaurants in London. If you are a fan of North African cuisine then this is definitely the place to go. The service is wonderful, warm and helpful, the food is delicious with the meat almost slipping off the bone. Also the cocktails and wine list are excellent and are in keeping with the atmosphere, the Kiss With Passion being one of my favourites. I would be happy to spend a whole evening enjoying the Raï music and the liveliness of the place. After your meal you can hang out downstairs in the Kemia Bar which is a fantastically intimate but rowdy spot, with live music most nights. Momo's is for me one of the magic places of the West End.
i went to momos after much hype....it was a warm sunday wen we chose to sit outside wen the waiter approached us and lashed at us for wanting to sit outside when he oviously ignored our precense, the waiterss later came round after passing our table like a dozen times....a number of patrons left...the blonde waitress was just intrested in flirting with her dreadlock boyfriend.she even rushed us through the ordering...lol wat a shame for such a reputable establishment
i was in london one month ago and i went to momo , i as so curious to taste and see everything....the food was very good, i I was in London one month ago and I went to Momo, I as so curious to taste and see everything. The food was very good, I do love tangines and also vegetarian couscous, dessert was amazing too. I like all North African spices and the location is simply super: a little Marrakesh in London, elegant but friendly. The service is so good, and go to the toilet, they're dark, but enchanting. I will come back as soon as I???ll go to London again... oh, the music is stunning also, I even bought a cd, all in Momo is evocative and a bit mystic. Love it so much.
