Visited Alchemist on Saturday had a wonderful bunch in their lovely decked out garden, The food was really good and also good vaule(full bunch £6.00). The staff were very friendly and welcoming so we decided to come back in the evening. We visited the peacock (owned by Larry Peters aka Lawrence Merritt), heard it was new.The place was too crowded ,couldn't get to the bar or on the dance floor, left and went back to Alchemist. It wasn,t overcrowd just the right amount of people,cocktail were fab and not over priced.

The Dj was playing indie,rock and all the party classic we stay until close at 2.30 and had a great night, if you what to have a great time on the weekend this is the place to go, forget the new comers this is an old favorite, not forgetting the bunch
