Tucked away from Colmore Row, Primitivo is favourite of the Birmingham banker set. Very busy at lunch times and straight after work. A great place for a cheeky glass of bubbles.
I adore the French bistro feel to the restaurant here. Its dark floorboards and perfect waiting service are uber sexy and . The food is to die for, the charcuteries are perfect for the Saturday afternoon pitstop after hitting the shops. The mains are a bit prices but in a place like this its to be expected. My favourite the last time I was treated to a meal was the pine nut couscous which came with a super tuna steak.
Go go go!
I've been a few times on Friday's after hanging out at the Arcadian. It is a little "bling", the first time through the doors you do get a wow factor and feel like you have arrived. The music is not really cutting edge but the crowd here seem to like it, its R n B, funky house with Bangra.
The bar on the top floor is worth a gander but watch the price of the drinks here!
