Quite simple it's your one-stop shop for beautifully cooked food quick to your door. Their cuisines range from Chinese to Thai, Indian to sushi and also includes beer, wine, puddings and videos.
Culinary salvation
Preparation for the evening service starts at about 6 o???clock in the morning when the produce arrives fresh from the market ??? vegetables, herbs, meat, fish, lobsters, cheeses, spices, fruit, rice???
6am
Roman and Ivan sharpen their knives and prepare the mise-en-place, whilst Linda and Lisa begin to wash and assemble the salads.
1pm
Andy arrives and starts squeezing oranges and lemons, and juicing carrots, apples and other fresh fruit.
3pm
At about three most of the chefs arrive, throw on their whites, aprons and hats, grab their knives, hatchets, grinders, blenders, peelers, or whatever tool best suits the task in hand, and set to. Two hours ???till the first orders arrive, four hours ???till it gets hectic. Telephonists, bikers, van drivers and the despatch team all arrive and get ready.
5pm
By 5 o???clock, everything is ready - calm.
8pm
By eight the kitchen is buzzing, woks flaming, grills hissing, chefs shouting,
and bikes revving.

The food is excellent but the service leaves somthing to be desired. I have been using Deliverance for around 4 months without a problem. I ordered a meal on the website on saturday the 9th at 9.00pm and did not have it delivered untill 11.15pm after several phone calls to the shop, they claim to have had my payment declined which is very strange. more than sufficient funds were available and they sent me a confirmation email to say that my meal was being cooked. they also had my telephone number if there was a problem which they did not ring me . food excellent. staff probably need to revisit there customer service skills to make this an all rounder. I have sent a email to deliverance outlining these issues but to date have not had a responce.
