Well.......your team looks well fed if nothing else. And my my, the token Canadian scores the only goal... I guess that was his hockey stick stuffed up his shorts.
The Ace Cafe's fame is widespread. For many of us in Canada, a holiday in Britain would not be complete without a pilgrimage to the Ace shrine. Liz and I did just that this May when we were in London and the experience lived up to our expectations. A great, eclectic collection of old and new bikes and enthusiastic riders, everyone friendly... reminded us of a large scale version of our Sunday morning spot near Toronto. The staff did well to keep up to the needs of a VERY large clientele, accomodations were perfect as the whole wall opened up to the court allowing unobstructed biewing while eating... and a bonus was a broad range of Ace Cafe items that were for sale. We took home lots of gifts to our biker friends... T-shirts, mugs, pins, stickers, etc.Well done.
