I have been going to VIP rooms for nearly 4 years and cannot fault the service offered by their team of hair & beauty gurus. As a regular customer the team know my preferences and what style/treatment works for me, and take a real interest in me and my beauty needs. Vicki cuts and colours my hair and I relish my regular appointments with her, whilst Zahra and the other beauty girls are experts at providing a wonderful, soothing and relaxing experience whilst also dealing with the day-to-day beauty practicalities efficiently and thoroughly. The little touches & a service ethic are all in evidence at VIP and I'd recommend trying out this salon to anyone.
