Thought it was .... OK. The starters were better than the mains. Portions sizes were good but the flavour was missing - food was just a little bland, really wished it had more taste to it. Nice layout, fast service and all but wanted more

The best restaurant in Streatham.

"Just visited Slurp in Streatham. What a breath of fresh air for the town. Food, service and environment was great. A young fairly trendy crowd on a Tuesday night and it was VERY busy which really surprised me as most other longer standing restaurants were empty as usual. I went with a group of friends from Dulwich and Camberwell who were all equally impressed and even said they would come to Streatham to go there! Now that's a breakthrough! Actually having bars and restaurants in Streatham that people from outside the area will travel to visit. The food was outstanding and the portions were very large so beware, do not over order. There is a mix of Thai, Chinese and Japanese food, all served in a very modern, fresh environment. The only draw back was maybe the lights were a bit bright. People have to try this - it will change your views of eating out in Streatham."
