Tara P-T recently hit out at her "I’m a celeb" co-stars, remarking that "it really annoys me when they’re fat and they whinge that they’re hungry, because I’m, like, you’re too fat anyway." Tara, whose alarming weight loss has lately been a big talking point, gave the reasons for her 2 stone drop as being related to her split from Matalan heir Jamie Hargreaves . Speaking to a glossy magazine, she whinged that "I would come home at night and instead of having three pizzas, like I normally would, I would have a couple of bowls of cereal." Tough times indeed.

Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has slammed reports that she has gone under the knife to enhance her teeny chest. Rumours have been flying since TPT’s latest ads for Walkers aired but the socialite says that her new more shapely figure is down to weight gain rather than surgery. "Yes, I’ve gone from a 32A to a 32B but it’s from putting on 16lbs scoffing cakes," she explained "I’m still a size 8 and find my new curves empowering!"

Royal wedding - Apr 05
Tara Palmer-Tomkinson rather outshone the bride at the wedding of Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles. The It-girl battled the chill in a sleeveless dress and Philip Treacy hat, telling press "It’s just a wonderful day and I couldn’t be happier to see and be witness to two people who are madly in love to share the rest of their lives together." She added "I’m absolutely thrilled and more importantly honoured to be at Windsor Chapel today."

Dressed for charity - Feb 05
TPT donates dress to Tsunami Relief Fund. Tara Palmer Tomkinson has joined Kate Winslet, Madonna and Zara Phillips in donating an item of clothing to an online charity auction to raise money for victims of the Asian Tsunami Disaster. Tara elected to donate a green and black dress from high street favourite Topshop, saying "The auction is a great idea, I hope it is a great success."

Tara doesn’t measure up - Jan 04
Bra designer Michelle Mone wants a new star to model her Ultimo bra’s, but apparently Tara is not big enough.

Michelle Mone has all the top celeb women queuing up to be the new face (a-hem) of Ultimo Bra’s, now that Rod Stewarts girlfriend penny Lancaster has stepped down. Tara PT was one of the women asking for the £200,000 modeling contract, along with Martine McCutcheon, Emma Bunton, Nell McAndrew, Tracy Shaw and glamour model Victoria Silvstedt.

But Michelle apparently wants ’someone who is world famous’, which means don’t expect to see our Tara strutting her stuff in an Ultimo sometime soon.

Tara the lecturer - 04/12/03
Tara’s lecture to school children on the perils of drug addiction did not have the effect that she had hoped for.

Tara PT had gone back to her old school in Dorset, Sherborne Girls School. She spoke for some time to the girls of the Lower and Upper Sixth about the terrible effect drugs can have on you, and how drugs have shaped her life. Towards the end of the lecture, Tara asked if there were any questions. After a minute a girl’s hand shot up.
