The brunette, who was recently crowned winner of Comic Relief Does Fame Academy, had her misshapen hooter reconstructed last year after beating her cocaine habit.

Ravaged by drug use, her septum was rebuilt using cartilage from her ear and skin from her scalp.

"I wish I’d had it done five years ago then people couldn’t say I must be on something," she said recently. "My doctor says if I use [cocaine], it will collapse again - and he won’t repeat the operation."

Tara, who is currently single, but has previously been linked to a string of eligible men including James Blunt and Robbie Williams, also admitted that she fancied her fellow Fame Academy contestant Colin Murray.

Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has vowed she’ll never have any work done on her face - even though she’s admitted to using Botox and having a nose job.

The It girl, who went under the knife to have her nose fixed last September, told First magazine she wants to grow old with the features she was born with.

"I have had Botox once or twice but that only lasts a few months," she said. "I would never enhance my lips, or change anything on my face. I was born with this face and that’s the way it’s meant to be."

The 35-year-old had surgery after her nose collapsed due to cocaine use when she was younger - but she insists it was a one-off.

"I’ve just had a new nose put on. I don’t want to go under the knife for any other reason," she said.

"I’m not vain enough to have anything done merely for beauty’s sake. I’m not Kate Moss where her looks are everything. I’m more of a personality than an oil painting."

Tara Palmer Tomkinson didn’t look quite so glamorous on Saturday when she gave a rather sweaty performance on Fame Academy.

TV viewers and fans left concerned messages on Yahoo after the It Girl appeared to melt on stage as she sang Sir Elton John’s I’m Still Standing.

One fan wrote: "I saw her tonight on Fame Academy and I have to say that she looked very, very scary! She has a really lovely body but what was going on upstairs?"

One viewer said it looked as though the 35-year-old reality TV star had "rubbed vaseline all over her face" before she went on stage.

Despite the sweat problem, brunette socialite Tara was saved by the public vote in Saturday’s show.

Comic Rowland Rivron was axed after failing to impress with his rendition of Stand By Your Man.

It seems socialite Tara PT and pop prince Robbie Williams have "chemistry" after their 10-day fling last year.

The 35-year-old told The Daily Mirror: "There’s still chemistry between me and Robbie. Robbie texts me all the time now. I’ve known him for three years and we are still close.

"Robbie has to share himself with millions of people and I’m lucky he’s got time for me."

Whilst the It girl refused to say whether they were together, pals admit the couple are "close".

A source added: "Whenever she’s in LA, they meet up and spend a night together at his house. And Robbie always make sure he comes to see Tara when he’s in the UK."
