Louise's West End role - Feb 15 2008
Louise Redknapp has reportedly revealed she is about to star in a West End musical.

The former Eternal singer - who has a three-year-old son Charley with footballer husband Jamie - admitted to the Daily Express she is very excited about appearing on stage.

Louise, 33, told the paper: "There have been chats about it and it could be on the horizon very soon."

But the Naked singer apparently insisted she will definitely not be appearing in Grease as she wouldn't feel comfortable in the costume.

She continued: "I couldn't see me in the skinny Lycra pants. Maybe 10 years ago, but not now."

Last year the petite star hit the headines when she lost 11lbs in just 30 days for ITV1's The Truth About Size Zero show. Louise slimmed two dress sizes on a gruelling diet and exercise regime in a bid to highlight the dangers of the size zero trend.

Louise wants fashion range? - Feb 1 2008

Louise Redknapp has apparently revealed that she would love to follow in the footsteps of Kate Moss or Lily Allen - and design her own fashion range.

The former Eternal singer - who has joined the board of directors at my-wardrobe.com - told the Daily Express: "It would be great, wouldn’t it? Can you imagine? It would be nice to design my own capsule wardrobe or something, definitely.

"I love fashion but, you know, I’m no style guru. I love to see women who look great. It makes me smile, I can appreciate that."

The 33-year-old also heaped praise on her husband, former footballer Jamie.

"It’s nice to have a man who looks good," she said. "He’s not one of those men who takes longer in the bathroom because he doesn’t have much hair. He doesn’t moan about me buying new clothes or shoes either."

Louise’s baby wishes - Oct 3 2007

Louise Redknapp has apparently admitted that she’s desperate to have another child with husband Jamie.

The 32-year-old - who already has a three-year-old son, Charley - told Reveal magazine: "I would love to have another baby. It’s the greatest gift in the world to be a mum.

"I think it’s fantastic to be a young mum - two children would just be perfect."

The former Eternal singer has recently signed up as the new face of lingerie brand Triumph, and she said she is loving her new look.

"You life totally changes when you have a baby, so it’s great to feel really sexy again," she added.

"My husband has not seen me in underwear this sexy for years - I usually go for a comfy bra and pants."

And the blonde reportedly added that she is keen to make a pop comeback at some point too.

"I really want to get back to the recording studio," she’s quoted as saying. "Singing is always been something I’ve loved. I’ll always carry on working - even if I have four children, I’d still make records."

Louise: I still feel threatened - April 25 2007
Even after nine years of marriage Louise Redknapp has apparently revealed that she still feels threatened by other women.

The former Eternal singer is married to former England football player Jamie Redknapp and they have a two-year-old son Charley - but it seems, despite her rock solid marriage, the pretty 32-year-old still worries.

Biography

Born Louise Elizabeth Nurding in Lewisham, London, the one time FHM pin up began forging her career as a pop star from an early age with a stint at the famous Italia Conti school.  She was picked as an original member of early nineties girl band Eternal, aged just 16, hitting the big time with their debut album Always and Forever.  However, Louise left the band to persue a solo career after just two years in the charts.

Louise’s first two albums, Naked and Woman in Me both went platinum and Louise found her place as a lads mag favourite, topping ’Sexiest Female’ charts across the UK.  But those Maxim readers couldn’t have been further from Louise’s mind as, in 1999, she married long term boyfriend, footballer Jamie Redknapp.  Following their honeymoon Louise headed straight back to the studio to record Elbow Beach, her most personal album yet.  Released in 2000 Elbow Beach promised much but delivered little.  Following this disappointment and with a five album deal almost at an end Louise’s record label decided not to throw good money after bad and rather than sending her in to the studio again released a Greatest Hits before ending the contract.

Whilst Louise made some further attempts on the charts in 2004 she mainly concentrated on the arrival of her son Charley.  Now a yummy mummy Louise was voted the Sexiest Woman of the Decade by FHM and celebrated with a cover shoot.  Meanwhile she recorded some new tracks with help from some fellow pop stars including Jamelia.

Throughout 2005/06 Louise kept things on the downlow, staying at home to raise Charley and ’waiting for the right single to come along’ before commiting to releasing her album.
