What’s It About? Following the success of last year’s inaugural event, Loop Festival returns to Victoria Gardens to host a wealth of specially selected top bands and stellar DJs, alongside an abundance of cutting edge digital art and culture.

Last year’s line-up was stacked with big-name live acts, including headliners The Go! Team, The Aliens and Foals, and thanks to a sell-out crowd this year’s Loop will welcome hot new music acts for 2008 all housed alongside experimental leftfield artists. Alongside a delectable menu of audio delights you can also expect some top quality visual stimulation, with a complementary line-up of innovative art with VJs, films and animation.

Spread across four venues, make your way to the Hub and Futures tents for headline acts, whilst Limits provides a stage for more leftfield and experimental artists, and the Loop Garden offers a retreat for artists to showcase their mellower, acoustic side.

LoopLive closes it’s doors at 10pm, but don’t fret, if you’re in the mood to continue the party, LoopLate features further live performances and DJs at various late-night venues around the city.

Once again Loop is keen to support new and local talent and will be taking submissions for opportunities to perform at the event. For further information visit www.loopbrighton.com.

Book now if you love: Electronic bleeps and beats, served with all manner of visual delights on the side.

Don’t Miss: LoopLate with events running through into the early hours.

Want to go? Tickets are priced at £25 via www.loopbrighton.com  and www.ticketweb.co.uk as well as physical outlets throughout Brighton. Ticket holders will be entitled to discounted admission to all LoopLate venues after the main festival. Visit www.loopbrighton.com for more details.

"I attended Loop last year and really really enjoyed it. There were a couple of hitches and they really ned to sort the size of the Hub tent out but that was minor niggle compared to some of the performances Foals, Fujiya and Miyagi and John metcalfe were my hightlights lets hope theres more this year."
