Al Waha is in my opinion the best Lebanese restaurant in London. I love the cuisine and have tried many different Lebanese restaurants and have to say that they are no match to Al Waha. It's the freshness of the ingedients and the consistent top quality of the dishes which continues to astonish. I have eatent there for the last 4 years and have never been disappointed. Nowerdays I enjoy to explore new dishes on the vast menu with the help and guidance of the friendly staff. I have recommended it to friends and work colleagues and have only had good feedback.

Each dish tasted as if it had been specially prepared and melted in your mouth. The service was very personal and we felt as were being hosted.

Good Lebanese Restaurant - though the amateur and over attentive waiters were a bit annoying. They couldn't seem to figure out that it is probably a bit more comfortable for everyone if they would serve from the side they are standing, as opposed to reaching over and across the table. The actual mezes were good and the main courses decent but a bit unattractive in terms of presentation, particularly since practically the same menu can be found at another lebanese restaurant - where exactly the opposite is true, excellent presentation and service. One thing to congratulate them on however, are the cute green flower pots situation between the tables to seperate you from your neighbors, offering a bit of privacy. I am sure that before competition moved in to the area, this was without a doubt the best Lebanese around in Bayswater/Notting Hill, but unfortunately I wouldn't go there again just because the others are that bit better.
