The Slug And Lettuce

For a quiet after work drink (or an after shopping tipple or an after lunch beverage) then Slug and Lettuce is a place to sit back, relax, and recharge your batteries before you hit the town (or even just to summon the energy to get the bus back home).

Of course with all the offers available you can’t help but be tempted into the Slug (Mondays to Fridays are £3 cocktail nights, and bottles of wine are the price of the house wine on Wednesdays, are just some of the irresistible offers). The food isn’t bad either, but some of the dishes are on the pricey side.

The only huge draw back to this branch of the Slug and Lettuce is the mammoth journey to the powder room (about three flights of stairs…so don’t wait until your bursting!). However, don’t let this put you off a fantastic Cosmo or Martini experience!
