would never go here again! Bad service, staff who can't speak English and mediocre food. For a place run by a manger from the Ivy it needs a new owner, manager and staff!

It is always a bad sign when the staff look like they are having a better time than the diners.Service was very patchy at best. Food was fine, with the exceptions of one dodgy pudding (sent back) and one very mild main dish, described as hot hot hot.A venue in severe need of a strong manager.

I dined at this restaurant for my parents anniversary and it was amazing. The staff catered to our every need and were so lovely that my Dad gave an extra tip. It was definitely value for money.

The waiting time for each course wasn't funny but once the food arrived it was good. Theabeyance is fab

I went to the Stratford branch restaurant recently and was very disappointed with the whole experience.We waited ages for service, even customers who came in after us got served before we did.When we did finally get our food we had to ask for knives and forks. The food did not come whole they just bought the meat first,, we had to remind them to bring my daughters drink and also had to ask for a high chair. Not once did anyone come over and ask if we were o.k or if we needed anything.The rice tasted like it was boiled in the bag and the "jerk" chicken i had was far from spicy.I have had better service in Pizza Hut, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone I know.
