I had Sunday brunch here with my wife a few months ago and was greatly impressed. In it previous incarnation the place was fitted out with anodyne pine fixtures and furniture, and I believe it was possible to order three courses all with a Newcastle Brown Ale theme. Now the place is much funkier and the food vastly improved. Particularly memorable was a plate of huge Irish oysters which rivalled in quality those I've had anywhere. Great stuff!
Ideal for that special occasion when you fancy splashing out a little, this is a contemporary bar for the more sophisticated drinker. They also have an extensive food menu, offering the chunkiest potato wedges I've ever eaten! In short - yummy and classy!
