We had a very unfortunate incident with one, and whilst his manager did eventually apologise, it had spoilt the evening. Unfortunately I had to bare the place as it was my friend's birthday.
The drinks were horrible, I don't think the barman had made cocktails before. Thankfully I was not paying for them!
I have to say that I am used to a completely different type of ambience, but do think that there are better places in the area. If you want a hassle free evening, try somewhere else! "
