This restaurant just hasn't received the praise it deserves! Situated in Liverpool's famous Mathew St, this little french restaurant is a jem! It's not hard to believe we are surrounded by so much culture but once you step into this bistro, it's almost as if you are in France!
It's not as big as you might think but it's quaint and ideal for a lunch or evening meal. There is a cosy atmosphere and staff are friendly and helpful. It couldnt be more different from the hustle and bustle outside! With the exception of 'Escargot' (snails), Bistro Pierre offers plenty of French delicacies including Frites, Duck Liver and Cranberry Parfait and the classic French dessert, Creme Broulait.
A la carte special menu's are available - Monday for Students, 2 courses plus a bottle of house wine (shared) for just £13.95 per person. The lunchtime menu - 12pm- 4.30, 3 courses for £7.95 and the standard a la carte menu every Saturday. The dishes can be small but they are well worth the price and if you are ever in the area, then don't hesitate to pop along!
