Featured ColumnistSeemingly huge from outside, this place is actually a pub split into a couple of other venues that open at different times and on different days. The singular front pub turned out to be a very cheap nest that is very close to the tube station. Upon entry, it feels like a pub that has been dragged from an old style train station with a large clock as centre-piece and old wood finishings on a number of tables.Above you are wide screen tv's showing the football, and in front the bar is well stocked with Extra cold strongbow and shots at 1.30 each. The bar staff and punters are all friendly and the place really has a punky/rocky air to it. I even bumped into bald Phil, if you see him in there give him a "big up" from me!Overall a very cheap little pub with a great location, would be awesome if bigger but this would impede its character...:

The music bar for the live bands is a top night. Good bands and set up..
