Still the best bar in London. I always try all the new places and none has bettered the ambience and cocktails you find here. The weekend gets really busy like any popular place in London and Sundays are my fav because its nice and relaxed, really chilled with great background music. The service is always pleasant and attentive. The crowd here is a real melange of fashion, locals, arty and media types. Every time i am here i feel like i am in another world. Great escapism from the humdrum of everyday chores of work especially in this current climate. Go out less but choose the better place is my motto.

Loungelover oozes class, sophistication and style in an area that can rarely boast these qualities.

A cocktail-lovers paradise, this bar has tasteful decor and an upmarket ambience with vintage chandeliers, a stuffed hippo's head, Chinese urns and a giant disco ball surrounding the glass tables and leather chairs.

It may sound a tad pretentious but really it's not. The punters are from all walks of life and staff are always willing to give a helping hand choosing a cocktail. The drinks can be very pricey so if your bank balance is low just stay for one.

I find it surprising that Loungelover continues to receive good reviews, since it appears to have been resting on its laurels for a while now. The management only seems interested in maximising profits by ramping up prices and squeezing as many people in as possible. The inevitable result is that Loungelover no longer attracts celebrities or a funky crowd. This bar has definitely seen better days.

amazing decor and superb cocktails although very pricey!
it seems there are more and more venues trying to be like this but just not hitting the quality spot yet still charging the high prices... this and les trois garçons make a very special night out in the area

Really great place to just sit and admire the decor and sip the amazing cocktails. Probably the best i've tasted. This is the kind of place you can visit with people you don't like as you don't have to speak to them you can just look at the furniture and the eclectic clientele.Loungelover has attracted celebrities from all over because of their reputation and i can see why. Every moment there was magical. Go and try it for yourself and you will not regret it.
