The food is excellent but the service leaves somthing to be desired. I have been using Deliverance for around 4 months without a problem. I ordered a meal on the website on saturday the 9th at 9.00pm and did not have it delivered untill 11.15pm after several phone calls to the shop, they claim to have had my payment declined which is very strange. more than sufficient funds were available and they sent me a confirmation email to say that my meal was being cooked. they also had my telephone number if there was a problem which they did not ring me . food excellent. staff probably need to revisit there customer service skills to make this an all rounder. I have sent a email to deliverance outlining these issues but to date have not had a responce.
