Sometimes its worth leaving the true cradle of Camden to head up the high street to hit the Enterprise. This pub is teaming with character, atmosphere, drunk trendy (yet trend-setting) young people and a good selection of drinks including ciders and beers on tap and bottles of similar. The Enterprise has two sets of toilets (one upstairs on one of the ground floor) to cope with the popularity of this venue but basically its a pub dominated by a central bar, a dance area at the back and seating at the front with entrances dotted around the pub. Often it is quicker to exit and re-enter the pub at a different point than to try navigating the growing crowd to return from the toilets. The drinks are good prices, the music is always very nourishing and the crowd (although bulky) are all friendly and cheerful.
Overall a very nice pub which takes a lot of business and clearly defined as “the” chalk farm pub to be in, mixing the traditional with the trendy with lavishings of laughter and good tunes, not to be missed.
