This unassuming Italian restaurant has great food, a beautiful interior and lovely staff. With such fantastic food, the best part is how reasonable the prices are here. For a party of two which had starters, mains and shared a dessert our bill came to £60 with wine. You cant complain at that!

Perfect in every way! Thats the only way we can describe this restaurant.
We travelled all the way up to London from Ashford, Kent and visited Bianco Nero for a meal prior to going to see Russell Brand Live at the Apollo(Unfortunately Cancelled due to ill health!) and was pleasently surprised.
The atmosphere was fantastic, the staff were very attentive and the food was truely wonderful.
I had the Salmon to start and my Wife had the crab linguini, both were cooked to perfection and tasted fantastic.
Our main courses were lamb shoulder with crushed potatoes and carrots, my Wife had the organic chicken with butternut squash and wild mushrooms and again both were perfectly cooked and had lots of lovely flavours, very tasty.
My wife had the white chocolate cheesecake to finish whilst I declined due to being full as the portions were just the right size.
The tables were fine, the seating was comfortable and the music was playing softly in the background so we could hear each other without shouting.
The drinks were inexpensive and the whole experience was 5 star.
The total cost with surcharge... £51!
We will definately be going back to this restaurand whenever in London as it was one of the best Italian restaurants we have ever been to (and, trust us, we have been to hundreds!)
Thanks again Bianco Nero, see you very soon. Shame about russell Brand though!

Really great night here in Dec. The food was smashing and although we'd been warned it might be pricey we actually thought it was quite reasonable. Our whole bill (without wine) came to £40 for 2. Everything tasted homemade, we were even told the chef made the ciabatta! Would thoroughly recommend especially before a show, the service was swift and we were away in plenty of time for our performance. Will be back again this year no doubt.

High ceilings, greyed-out windows and a calm, settled ambience combine into one of the most relaxed and inviting spots in West London. With fresh, feel-good mains and some of the lightest, rewarding desserts youll get on this side of town - if a short, sharp a-la-carte menu and a realistic wine list is what youre after, then this is a place to remember. Not only does Bianco Nero occupy such an inconspicuous spot on Hammersmith Road that youd be forgiven for walking straight past, but the initial starkness of its black-onto-white minimalist namesake can initially be a little offputting. This, I'm pleased to say, is quickly left behind however in favour of a warm, inclusive atmosphere minutes after being seated.Beginning with an exceptional tuna tartare and capers served with thin slices of green apple and rocket leaves, we were immediately impressed. The balance of tuna and rich capers belied a creative simplicity in their approach to food and made for a freshening dish. This was quickly followed by a well-seasoned Bruschetta, served with exceptionally fresh tomatoes, and a platter of salami with crisp rocket and taleggio sauce. The Bruschetta were excellent while the salami and rocket mix was good, if a bit too rocket-centric, and undeniably fresh. We took the mains from the exceptional New Year menu and werent disappointed. The rosemary marinated beef skirt really was the highlight of the meal. The melt-in-the-mouth texture, complimented perfectly by a side of firm sauted spinach, and remains one of the best beef dishes Ive found in London for a long time. Slightly less overwhelming, but good nonetheless, was the pan-fried salmon fillet served with crunchy lemon steamed vegetables. Again, the quality of the salmon stands out but not quite as impressively as the beef. The smooth, firm vanilla panacotta with a delicate apple and blackcurrant accompaniment cant be recommended enough - this was the perfect end to a meal that focused so much on fresh, light dishes. Bianco Nero is just the kind of restaurant Hammersmith needs. With the slightly basic edge to a couple of the dishes aside, this is inspired eating delivered in a warm, very local way that does away with the kind of pretensions we might associate with such a consciously modern restaurant.Highly recommended
I thought the gnocci was excellent. Better than my Italian mother-in-laws! The decor had great flare. The staff were very friendly. I loved the intimate bar downstairs, which is great for after work drinks or a party. I will be booking it.
