well where does one start with the seven stars, very good management and really does try to entertain the community by having themed days and bbq's and birthday parties..but sometimes attract the occasional dodgy characters and tend to put people of the stars. where as staff is concenrend the old south african barmaids where by far the best and a good laugh BRING THEM BACK and the austrailian bird was good fun. Johnny is also quite the entertainment of some evenings but for the grumpy but vicouse english girl is enough to scare away customers for the next few months. otherwise the stars is an awsome fun place and word of advice take that St Georgia's day flag off the front window that has been there almost two months now...reach for the STARS
I been using the seven stars for years seen the good the bad and the ugly times just to agree with leona july 2007 looked like the new seven stars was on its way - new decor, great staff, a manager who knew his job. It looked like it had picked it self up to the omalley days and then in Dec the bald guy who managed left after giving us great nights from the elvis one in nov then the ricky hatton fight what a night - goes down in history as best night ever, bang like hatton getting knocked out the stars has been and its seeing starsIt's a joke, worst than ever fights, drugs, no control, all I can say is bring back the bald guy the chelsea bloke john and his staff
What happened? 2007 new decor, new staff, new food! New door staff. Hurrah! The door staff cleaned up the mess, the new manager kept the place clean and the grub was great. But what difference a month makes. The door staff have gone. A fight a few weekends ago trashed the place and the guvnor was a.w.o.l. The bar manager, did not give a damn.Same old Seven Stars then. Shame old habits die hard I def will not be back.
