"I might not work for the BBC and it can feel just a bit poncey at times, but The Albertine is pretty much my local and I love it. Beer doesn't really do it for me (nor do beer boys getting hammered down at Bush Green) - I love my wine and Albertine have tons of good stuff. They also do wicked home-made nosh like bangers and mash, ideal for those Sunday lunchtime hangovers with the papers, and what's more, every now and again, you get to spot some celeb having their lunch across from the Beeb - fair enough, it might just be Terry Wogan or Dale Winton, but you can be nosey and see whether they've got a drink problem or not."
