The domestic Victorian facade and small paved front garden give the impression of a private club. This is further reinforced by no sign above the door and only a small brass plaque to the side giving the name of the establishment (a useful strategem no doubt to keep out the local football crowd). The interior consists of a mish mash of tables, chairs, sofas and nick-nacks which would not look out of place in a second hand/antique shop to give a homely Fulham living room feel to a room with large clear windows front and back. Garden out back and views over the Kings Road at the front; a good selection of continental largers and wines served by youthful staff. Gets pretty packed out between 7 and 9. Downstairs has another smaller more intimate bar with potential for private functions. Definitely Sloane Ranger and Estate Agency set; definitely not CAMRA members and Chelsea football crowd.
