Absolute rubbish, and i mean REALLY terrible.
i went there after reading the reviews on this site and i can only say that you people must have never eaten decent thai food before.
where do i start...
the staff all had faces like a back of a bus,not one smile all night.
the cutlery that was already layed out was dirty and not exactly inviting.
i had a feeling as soon things would be bad as we were handed tacky menus that you could barley read due to each page being placed in plastic sleeves.
you always know somwhere has no class when they put pictures of the food in the menu.
anyway ignoring our instincts to just leave we ordered muscles and chili chicken for starters and a pad thai and green curry with egg fried rice to share for a main,a beer and a vodka and orange.
the starters arrived first and we were left to eat muscles with a fork and spoon,i have honestly seen better looking chicken at the harvesters,it was just 4 baby chicken wings (and i mean baby) that looked like it had been nuked on a grill..absolutley nothing thai related here.oh and the salad on the side looked very tired.
the muscles werent great and clearly cheap.
we had staff leaning over the table to grab the basket which had the prawn crackers in,then again to grab the glasses which i found completley rude.
when we had finished the starters one of the sad faced waitresses collected the plates but left us with the old cutlery...she must be coming back to give us some clean ones i thought.....wrong!
then we waited some time for the main which is fine as atleast you feel it must be good...
the pad thai arrived and when it did i asked for some clean cutlery to which i just recieved a grunt,i asked again and eventually my wish was granted.
the pad thai looked like a plate of slop, pad thai is one of my favourites so i know what it shoud look and taste like and it was deffinatley not like that.
no prawns,i struggled to find any chicked in it and it was just a mess of over cooked noodles.
the egg fried rice just looked like egg fried rice.
the one and only thing i will give them credit for is that the plates were hot, this didnt matter however as we sat and waited for 10 minutes before we started to think the green curry wasnt going to arrive, another 5 mins and i had to asked the depressing looking waitress to which we responded "you didnt order it",i know dam well i did,she said i can get you one now...at that point id had enough and said ill just pay for the starter and the drinks.
the woman behind the till told the waitress to appologise to me and she also appologised herself.
i said to her your food is terrible, your staff look depressed and the food shows the overall attitude of the place.
she then charged me £20 for the starter and drinks and we left.
later on i was kicking myself for giving them any money at all.
seriously ...if you love your thai food then this place is NOT for you.
if you have no idea what youre talking about and normally frequent your local harvester then be my guest and give it a go ,but youd be better off sticking with harvesters.
i shudder to think what the kitchen might be like in this place.
DONT DO IT.
0.5 is the lowest rating im allowed to give here,i dont think it even deserves that..but hey the plates were hot.
:s

Wonderful food, great service and very good prices. Eaten here at least 20 times over the past 5 years and had takeaway another 20 times. Never been dissapointed. You can take people here and know it's going to be a great experience for everyone. The Red Curry and coconut rice is perfect, the three taste sauce is amazing and the starters are always great. Best Thai in London!!! I call in my order from home and by the time I've walked under the Greenwich tunnel to pick it up it's ready. Perfect.
Good experience , good food good service What more does one ask for ?
A really lovely relaxed restaurant, very helpful staff and excellent food.
We booked late Saturday afternoon on a whim and were lucky enough to get a good table. The food was delicious and served courteously and promptly. Although the restaurant was really busy, at no time did we feel under pressure to finish our meal and leave. A first class dining experience.
