Great bar with a host of real ales and very friendly staff. Being a music lover makes the live music here a hit. Having not been there since they first opened the Bistro, I feel that the standard of food has slipped a lot, lacking the flair it once had. Overall though its fair nosh.

It looks very tasteful from the outside, with a luscious ambience shimmering through from the glass. The bugger is that their website has been down consistantly not allowing my enquieires upon events and hospitality provision. Would like to see improvement.

I had an Aberdeen Angus burger, which in my opinion was extremely delicious. Service was friendly, quick and without any problems. Though, strangely, the place was half full, on a Saturday evening. However £9 (plus extras) for a burger is just a rip-off. I'd only go back on a special occasion.

Dear Alex, On both occasions you were served the Sunday Brunch which was £7.50 for 2 courses but you had 4 glasses of wine at £4.50 each + 4 bottled beers at £3.25 each as well as your desserts at £2 each plus coffees at £1.95 each so it easily comes to total of round about £19 a head for 3... read more
