Surprised that my step brother Nick went out with the family after the problem with the in laws. Nevertheless I can honestly say i disagree. As a superb Greek it did not disappoint - the tarramasamasallatata was pink and salty like it should be and the knickererbockyblarys were the best I have ever chewed upon. The coffee really tasted of coffee and they put a water bowl out for my poodle. I will be going back,to collect the coat I left.
Trouble finding it as its down an alley but worth the effort. Nothing short of fantastic. The shish kebab was the best I have ever tasted and as I waited I played the fruit machines. its very close to the hospital so convenient for those on medication. A word of warning though-dont have too much chillie as it nearly blew my socks off!! Ha ha LOL. Will be returning with my girlfriend Betty and her mum Elsie.
Got to say, probably the most unusual synergy of east meets west I've tasted in years. Strange combination of Thai & Greek kebab but this gave our over gastric sensitive kids the option of ordering their usual doner kebab & chips, whilst mum & dad enjoyed a delicious mixed starter with pad thai (chicken donor meat in the pad thai though but still tasty).Service with a smile. Clean plates and fabric serviettes.I thought it strange that Christos (hotel manager from the Mandalay Beach hotel Cyprus) provided the evening's entertainment, but credit crunched we all are. He had a wonderful voice despite the ethnic music lending itself more to the female sonnets. Nevertheless I will highly recommend to anyone who are a cross between chav and sophisticate.
