I use this cafe regularly, or rather I used to! Although the food and drinks are reasonable the attitude of some of staff is stunningly rude and abrasive! Good luck to any customers who have a question to ask, they will be shot down with a curt reply and an evil look! It's a shame, as the staff who are polite end up apologising for their collegues misdemeanours. I have experienced this 3 times in the past week, so will no longer be using this cafe....

I dont understand the negative comment regarding the staff. Every time I have visited I have had a very pleasant experience & probabaly the best cappucinno in Docklands.

I agree with all the great comments below except that it is very widely acknowledged that the staff are far from professional. They are often rude, forgetful, incapable of understanding very simple orders (not because of the language barrier) and dismissive.
