I visited Ultrasmile to have an emergency filling on a Saturday - my front filling (done a few days earlier by another dentist) broke off on Valentine's day!

They were extremely friendly, fitted me in at a time to suit me, their receptionist was helpful and even made my boyfriend a coffee while he waited for me.

The dentist was the most professional I have ever encountered. He clearly knew exactly what he was talking about and took time to explain why the filling had broken and helpfully pointed out various things in my mouth (such as the wearing down of my teeth because I grind them) without even the slightest hint of trying to "upsell". They have top of the range equipment and are a thoroughly professional outfit, in lovely premises at Limehouse.

They charged me a flat emergency fee and nothing at all for the treatment. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

I will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them.

I had a tooth break while here n London on holidays. UltraSmile was able to fit me in the same day. They were very friendly, caring and thoroughly professional. Further the costs were not as high as we would have expect for a similar procedure in Australia. I can’t speak too highly of them.Stewart

Maria b you sounded like a fake person who has never been to there office .. Because if you had you would know that the office is like something out of Wallpaper Mag.In fact you feel like you are in Virgin Upper class or the St Martin's Lane hotel.

You look at the website and it gives you the impression of a Harley street surgery in East London. Well this is not what ultrasmile is and first impressions can be totally misleading. I wanted my teeth straightened so decided to pay them a visit to see if I was a candidate for a straightening orthodontic treatment called Invisalign. On arriving the receptionist was untrained and unprofessional. I filled out some sheets and waited, and waited as DR Thang was running late. Finally I was taken through to the consultation room. I met Dr Thang an was instantly umimpressed he seemed unprofessional and umm'd and arr'd a bit. The consultation was carried out across a desk in a badly lit office. All he did was ask me to smile and clench my teeth whilst he looked accross the desk. He told me I was not a candidate for this treatment and tried to book me in with a different orthodontist that deals with metal braces. An orthodontist that is only in once a month?????? What use is an orthodontist that only practices there once a month. Anyway I told him I was unhappy and didn't wish to pay more money to see his colleague. He asked me if I was interested in any other services. I said maybe whitening and he wasn't even able to recongise that I had a few fillings? The whole consultation took no longer that 5 minutes and they charged �90.00 for this!!!!!!!! If you want to get ripped off visit Ultrasmile, otherwise shop around. I now have a consultation with a world leader in the Orthodontic field and guess what as he is so certain that most people will use him the consultation is FREE.
