Went here about a month ago on a hunch it might be good. We weren't on a guest list but got in anyway, no problem.

It's not good, it's BRILLIANT! It's a great friendly club, good chilled atmosphere fantastic DJ and some hip tunes from R&B to house. A tenner to get in and the drinks are reasonably priced.

The best part is that everyone is there to have a good time, a balanced mix of guys and gals, NO trophy hunting blokes groping about.

I had a 30th birthday party for my wife last year at Rumi and we had a brilliant time. We therefore decided to go there for New Years eve and we were not disappointed! The atmosphere at Rumi is excellent - very relaxed and cool with no rude boys and girls! Location is great and it's relatively easy to find.The DJ was amazing (last year and on NYE) and the music was a mix of RnB, classics and disco (theme for NYE was disco).

We could not find oursevles off the dancefloor. The staff are all friendly and there is a cosy feel to the place as it is not too big. We were treated really well by management and they arranged tables for us when we booked our tickets. They sell great cocktails and as you would expect, most other drinks that one would want.

I would thoroughly recommend this place if anyone is looking for a great night out without the attitude and pretentiousness of some other places in London. I know that I and my friends cannot wait for our next event at Rumi!!!R

Other clubs take note Indeed! We are from California and took clients here after dinner one night. I'm kinda a club snob and wasnt sure at first.....Let's just say by the end of the night I had a ball! I told all my California friends they must stop by the Rumi when they visit us. We are going back with friends in Feb to party just because the music is so good!
I had such a good time with the Music being played! They have a fabulous DJ that played songs everyone knew. Not afraid of R&B and what I call Feel good songs! lively and made you want to dance every song! The drinks were great! the Staff are happy because they all Dance around while serving even the Bathroom Attendent was doing the booty dance when a favorite song came on. I will look forward to going back to such a nice enviornment full of music that feels right. I like real music not that electronic sound wave crap they play at other spaced out clubs. You have to be a zoombie to listen to that stuff or like headaches!! Here at the Rumi you can get your groove on to great artist! Beyonce and Winehouse.....too many to name!
Too bad it's not larger inside because it's a great place to go.

My friend and I had our birthday party at Rumi on the 6th of December and we had a fantastic night! The music was great and the staff were friendly - even the bouncers!!

I'd definitely recommend Rumi for a good night out with a bunch of friends but would suggest you try and book a seating area in advance as it does get quite full! The atmosphere is great and i can't wait to go back in the New Year!

Rumi has it all.......great cocktails, great music, live music, great atmosphere, great location and really very well mannered staff. I spent my birthday there and it was seamless. Manoj the manager ensured we had a large area reserved with a free cocktail shot for all my friends on arrival. We had our own waitress who introduced herself to me, ensuring that I could relax knowing all my friends were being well looked after. I will be spending many more evenings at Rumi........so you must give it a go - it promises to be a great venue for many years to come! Mercedes Donaldson
