really disapointed.
read a review in the metro sayng you can get 40 ribs a kilo of steak and a pound of lobster for £30.
Outright lie.
the review in the metro made me think it would be a fun place for visiting freinds,
I was embaressed by the reality. we were cramed into small area.
It was very expensive, came away hungry - £200+ for 5 people. - small bottle of budweiser = £4.50
staff were rude, she broke my credit card despite me asking her specificlay to be carefull with it.
when I reminded the waitress that I'd ordered a beer that had not turned up she said, no you didn't. ( I think I'd know)

When fried food or barbecue cravings hit you, visit the Big Easy on the King's Road. Unless you're willing to venture all the way to Canary Wharf for Chili's, the Big Easy wins the award for the most typically American lunch option. It's indulgent, casual and completely unsophisticated, which is exactly why I love it so much. The Big Easy isn't about Manhattan-style brunching; it's designed for Southern folk, and it doesn't pretend otherwise. Practically everything on the menu is fried (jalapeno poppers--in London--oh my), and the Big Easy's barbecue is actually pretty good.

If you're really hungry, order the barbecue sharing platter. Be sure to undo your top button before you commence eating!

I used to go here years ago and called up a reservation for a meal. The waiter on the line was rude and incoherent, so i asked for the manager. I was told the manager was away that day, so I asked for whoever was in charge - 'no one came the reply.' Well I've worked in a few places in my time and that's absolute nonsense. When I asked for the managers name I was told 'we don't give out that kind of information'!I sent an e-mail in (you shouldn't blame one bad apple for a restaurant's service), but no one ever bothered to reply. Shame really, because I do restaurant reviews for the London Lite and was working on a 'best places to eat steak piece.' oh dear...
