I absolutely disagree, I'm afraid to say I was extremely dissappointed with my experience. I have been a few time before with an average experience. This time everything went wrong... where do I start. We waited half an hour to be seated after booking a week in advance, the waiting staff were certainly not smiling, one new waitress in particular was incompetent, constantly bringing over wrong orders. I had the same issue with asking for tap water even though we also ordered wine. food was average. To top it off we were over charged and when queried we were made to feel like liars.

"After having enjoyed The Princess on my first visit there with friends, I returned this Wednesday evening. We arrived at 9:15 without a reservation & the waiting staff were kind enough to find space to squeeze us in. I thoroughly enjoyed the first visit but the second didn't quite turn out the same. We didn't order starters & asked for tap water instead of bottled water which didn't seem to be received well. Our mains arrived less than 5 minutes after placing the order. The food was good but I was left wondering whether the pork cheeks were not in fact beef. The desserts were divine & I especially recommend the chocolate pudding."
