Proud

Proud is pretty much one of the coolest venues I've ever been in, the staff are so goodlooking and the stable idea is amazing - they're like rooms you go in with different themes.
Live music, good nights, eccentric decor - quite a jewel in the Camden crown!

Probably the best venue in London at the moment. Great live music, an impressive photo exhibition and very cool stable bar booths. My new favourite Sunday haunt.

Great venue! It has moved from the Gin House to the Horse Hospital... beautiful refurb of amazing old building. They have these cool individual stable areas that can be hired for private parties. Saw some good bands over the weekend and everyone was dancing late. Lots of good people watching.. would def go there again and again.

I recently went to Proud Camden to celebrate my 23rd Birthday, and had hired a stable which fits between 30-50 people (we had 34). I had always been intrigues as to how much it would cost to hire a stable, and assumed it would be like most other clubs - subject to a minimum spend, or have a hire fee. Turns out you can hire them for free!!!! WOW! The night was amazing. We had out own hostess bringing us drinks, complete exclusive use of the beautiful stable and we were treated like royalty! I love the music they play there on a Saturday ngiht - its perfect for dancing to and its not prentious nor too cheesey! One thing I had noticed too - The bar staff are beautiful and so friendly. makes a good change from West End clubs where everyone seems to have an attitude. I will 110% be goign back and would highly recommend Proud. bets night I have had in ages - no wonder they are all over the press these days - Proud Reigns Again!

I go a few times a month and find door staff pleasant enough... when its full you have to wait, when its not they let you in if you are not drunk... kind of what doors are like the world over..., Also I found that although the music was very loud in the main gig room/dance floor.. in the stables it is lovely and quiet so you can chat...and drinks arent cheap, but a beer for £3 and spirit and mixer for £3.60 is normal for London? Some great bands, lovely bar staff and clean loos.. plus cool decor and the most beautiful women in London.. whats not to like?
