Diorama Arts Centre

In the late seventies artists and performers took up residence in the Diorama building by Regent's Park, developing a co-operative approach to the arts, education, therapy and disability arts. As these activities expanded the move was made from the elegant but crumbling Diorama building to more hospitable and versatile premises in nearby Osnaburgh Street.

Today Diorama Arts is an association of compatible creative people who are dedicated to several long-term aims: the provision of an art resource in the community, support for disability arts, and managing and contributing to a full public arts programme.

The Diorama Studio Theatre
They have an accessible theatre space seating up to fifty people. It is a flexible and versatile venue suitable for small scale performances; facilities include a lighting rig, sound equipment and green room. The theatre also hosts numerous fringe theatre companies in rehearsal, workshops and television recordings.
