This place is legenday... Lived in Streatham Hill for a year now and the food quality is exceptional, staff are very friendly and is a casual, relaxed restaurant. I'd recommend for any curry lovers!!

I have lived in London for about 3 years, and this place is, by a mile, the best curry house I have been to in London (and thats most of them by the way)

Ordered food and paid for it online. 1 hour and 10 minutes later it still hadnt arrived. Phoned the restaurant and they said it was on its way. No apology though which wouldnt have gone a miss. After an hour and a half it finally arrived (double the time we were told) The delivery driver didnt even know if it had been paid for or not. I had chciken curry and my boyfriend had chicken tikka and we had two lots of rice and poppadoms. The poppadoms were the best part of our takeaway as the rest was just lukewarm verging on cold. Considering we live just a 15 minute drive away and paid �14.95 we wont be using Taj Mahal again.

Lived in SW16 for 7 years and have a takeaway most friday evenings or better still, book a table in the restaurant. The most friendly bunch you'll ever want to meet, get to know them and you will be treated like royalty...Very highly recommended. Chicken madras, pilau rice and a peshwari naan and you have found heaven!!Hope you enjoy them as much as I have over the years.
