Terrible experience, needs a total overhaul. This is the best example of how NOT to run an ice cream and coffee shop. Very disappointed.

Service in Roast is absolutely terrible. We were left sitting for more than an hour to wait for three drinks, two of which only involved pouring water over a teabag. We were treated as if we were the ones creating problems for the staff. Will never go back.
