Reshape the brushes after washing and let them dry thoroughly. Do not use the same makeup brush for light as well as dark shades. Do not use brushes that have tattered bristles. Replace the makeup brushes once a year. Sharing makeup brushes is not at all advisable. It may definitely lead to an infection.
